DR. CHARLOT


Dr. Cascya Charlot is an award-winning, Harvard Medical School-trained physician who is double board-certified in pediatric/adult allergy and immunology and internal medicine. She currently heads the pediatric allergy division at New York Presbyterian Methodist Hospital where she regularly teaches other doctors and lectures on topics related to allergies. She is the founder and medical director of the Allergy and Asthma Care of Brooklyn and of Purely Natural Medical Spa (Purelynaturalspa.com) which offers a skin care line for patients with allergy prone and sensitive skin.

  • Dr Charlot sits on the advisory board of Dr.B where she was instrumental in creating their allergy and asthma treatment options. She is the creator of LoveThatPeanut! a peanut supplement to facilitate introduction of peanut protein in babies. Dr. Charlot has been featured on ABC news, NBC news, the Daily News, NY1 and various other media outlets. Throughout her career, she has received numerous accolades including the prestigious Patients' Choice "Most Compassionate Doctor” award. She has received the Patient’s Choice Award 10 years in a row, has been named Castle Connolly Top Doc 5 years in a row and was featured in The NY Times as a “Super Doctor”. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Allergy Asthma and Immunology and a member of the American College of Allergy Asthma and Immunology. Dr Charlot became passionate about the field of allergy and immunology while working on PMTCT (Prevention of Mother To Child Transmission of HIV) as a consultant for the United Nations in 2001. Dr Charlot is Haitian and comes from a family of doctors. She is the proud mother of two young children and lives in Brooklyn with her husband and family.

Dr. Tianyu (Tim) Bai is a pediatric and adult allergist. Originally from Toronto, Dr. Bai has established his medical career in New York, where he balances his professional commitments with family life.

After earning his medical degree from New York Medical College, Dr. Bai completed his residency in Pediatrics at Cohen Children’s Medical Center, where he developed expertise in diagnosing and treating various pediatric illnesses, specifically focusing on allergic and immune system dysregulation syndromes.

  • Dr. Bai’s research experience includes significant contributions as a Physician Researcher in Allergy and Immunology at Northwell Health, where he investigated the risks of systemic allergic responses in patients receiving subcutaneous immunotherapy and explored idiopathic T-cell lymphopenia in infants. His work has been published in reputable journals, including a notable article in Nature Structural & Molecular Biology.

    With a passion for advancing clinical knowledge, Dr. Bai actively participates in national conferences, sharing his insights through presentations at meetings such as the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology Annual Meeting.

    In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Bai is deeply committed to patient care and community advocacy, ensuring that families receive the highest standards of treatment for allergic and asthmatic conditions. Asked why he chose allergy as a specialty, he states that this is to "improve the lives of my patients and develop longitudinal relationships with them to help them navigate their allergies". Dr. Bai enjoys living in New York City where he regularly explores new restaurants in the NYC foodie scene.
